Do you drink milk? Are you lactose intolerant? Does milk affect your blood sugar levels? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, this blog is for you!
Taste & Experience
If you like to drink cold milk and/or cold coffee, then bang on - you've found the right product! But wait? Is it good on your blood sugar levels? Let's find out by testing it!
I found the milk subtle & delicious in taste, it feels good on the gut & is light too. I prefer mixing it with coffee & sometimes plain at night; post dinner.

Macros
Each 250 ml bottle contains the following macros & is made of pasteurised skim milk & lactase enzyme-
- 25 grams protein
- 13 grams carbohydrates
- 0.5 grams fat
- 0 grams added sugar

Packaging & Presentation
The brand includes a small pack of coffee to mix in, which I think, tastes great. It’s thoughtfully attached to the bottle’s neck in a neat & appealing way. The 250 ml bottle is compact and well-packaged. The milk comes with a clearly marked expiry date and has a shelf life of 2 days from the date of packaging.
Impact on Blood Sugar level
Here’s one instance I tracked:
• Pre-drink: 184 mg/dL at 5:44 PM
• Had the drink
• Took 1 unit of Novorapid (I have type 1 diabetes) and went for a brisk 45-minute walk
• Post-drink: 92 mg/dL at 7:15 PM, wow!
Note: The drop in blood sugar was likely influenced by both - the unit of insulin and the walk; not the milk alone. It tastes good on its own, but it’s absolutely delicious as a cold coffee—especially if you’re a coffee lover. Definitely worth trying!
The bottle in the photo below looks half empty because I couldn’t resist the temptation to taste it! 😋

Availability & Affordability

Final thoughts
At ₹75 for 250ml, it’s a premium option but worthwhile for those looking for high protein, lactose-free milk with minimal blood sugar impact.
✅ 25g protein
✅ Lactose-free
✅ Low fat
✅ Great for pre/post-workout nutrition
✅ Most importantly, minimal to no impact on blood sugar levels (in my experience)
If you’re looking for a high-protein, lactose-free milk that’s gentle on blood sugars, this might just be worth a try. If you try it, let us know what you think — share your experience on our Facebook group!
